- Lead Generation: Assist in planning, developing, and driving digital demand generation campaigns to achieve lead generation goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and collaborate with the content team to create compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Digital Sourced Revenue: Implement strategies to capture leads, and follow them throughout the sales funnel as opportunities. Work closely with the inside sales and sales team to ensure conversion of qualified leads and track business KPIs.
- Data-driven demand generation, tracking, reporting, and analysis of the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports aligned to the buying cycle through integrated journeys. Build out the marketing plan based upon buyer and/or industry-specific campaign framework with an effective mix of tactics to drive awareness, engagement, consideration to decision, and ambassador.
- Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of demand generation and marketing important metrics. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance campaigns, marketing operations, and marketing return on investment effectiveness.
- Be a trusted advisor to our Sales leadership when it comes to demand generation
- Lead and own campaign pipeline for effectiveness and results, while tracking and monitoring pipeline numbers, top deals, ACV attainment and other key data points

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-4 years of growth marketing experience in a Salesforce environment
- Proven track record to succeed in a B2B marketing environment, integrating with sales and driving qualified leads
- Min 3 years marketing experience leading and developing integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand, pipeline and brand preference. Experience in building consistent end to end customer journeys that drive new business and cross/upsell.
- A highly enthusiastic, driven professional and collaborative teammate with a positive, can-do attitude and sense of humor.
- Strong communication skills including storytelling with PowerPoint, Google docs, data crunching with Excel, use of Salesforce (Tableau & Einstein Analytics), etc.
- Excellent written and clear verbal communication and presentation skills both in english and spanish
- Able to work autonomously and to efficiently manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Track record for managing multiple initiatives and analytically inclined, exceptional organizational skills with rigorous attention to detail and strong project management skills.
