**About The Role**

This role will join our Operations team, supporting us on critical projects as we strive to improve our

administrative records and onboard new customers.

**What You’ll Do**

Work with all areas of the organization to bring data to the forefront of decision making and strategic

planning. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Data entry and customer record maintenance within our Salesforce CRM
- Creation and maintenance of Boat listings within our BoatWizard tool
- Data entry and record maintenance within our Netsuite system
- Creation of new customer accounts in our BoatWizard and Invoice Portal tool
- Supporting the Account Management and Billing team in general day to day administrative tasks

**What You Should Have**
- Previous experience in data entry or basic administration
- A good attention to detail
- Strong desire to learn and great intellectual curiosity
- High level of professionalism - must thrive on teamwork, overcoming obstacles and gaining shared vision on complex issues.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English. Additional language skills in French, Spanish or Dutch are also beneficial.
