Do you have extensive experience leading a production plant in the recycling sector? Are you used to working with continuous improvement methodologies? Have you already worked for a multinational company?

As a Recruitment Consultancy, we are looking for a **Plant Manager**with solid experience in managing production teams, someone who enjoys being hands-on with daily operations and is a proactive leader when it comes to improving processes and proposing solutions on the factory floor.

The position is based 30 minutes from **Murcia**and reports directly to the CEO.

**Your CV must be in English to proceed in the selection process.**

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Supervise daily operations, manage performance metrics (production, quality, safety), and coordinate two plants with over 100 employees.
- Lead and train personnel, foster a positive work environment, and build strategic relationships with industry OEMs.
- Ensure products meet quality standards, conduct audits and inspections, and address quality issues.
- Guarantee a safe work environment, enforce environmental regulations, and conduct safety training.

Manage budgets, optimize resources and inventories, and prepare performance reports.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical engineering field.
- At least 10 years of experience managing operations in recycling production/manufacturing plants.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Hands-on experience with lean practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
- English level B2 or higher.
