Desde Grupo CRIT Hi Talent estamos buscando un/una Project Manager de Laboratorio para importante empresa ubicada en Murcia.

**Job Purpose**

Design, development and optimization of the production processes for new and existing products; laboratory scale and subsequent scaling-up to industrial plant.

Major Accountabilities
- Design and management of the laboratory development of the projects in charge.
- Coordinate the daily laboratory work of the Technology Technicians.
- Design and management of the scaling-up to industrial plant of the projects in charge.
- Generate the necessary technical information of projects in charge for its proper implementation at the level of production, engineering, safety, quality and environment.
- Document the projects adequately so they can be reproduced by another person in the company accomplishing with established quality requirements ISO 9001.
- Close collaboration with internal and external teams to improve results.
- Close communication with the Technology Manager for the discussion and supervision of all the above tasks.

**Key Performance Indicators**

Quality in projects results regarding profitability, sustainability and innovation.

Fulfilling in project timeline.

**Requisitos**:
**Education**: Chemistry or Chemical Engineering Degree, PhD will be a plus.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Previous experience in the development and design of laboratory processes and analytical methods and subsequent industrial scaling-up.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Self-starter with high learning agility.
- Able to travel when required.
- Knowledge in fine chemistry, chemical engineering, natural extracts and food and pharma ingredients will be a plus.
