**Job Description Summary**: As an Apprentice Field engineer, you will be responsible for dispatching on routine service preventative and corrective visits, responding to service calls and supporting the field team to drive customer satisfaction through Service Excellence. For example, may be asked to write software code if in an engineering internship or might be asked to perform compensation analysis if in a HR internship. - May be asked to participate in early talent events, seminars or trainings. - Performing assignments where trust and accuracy are required **Preferred Qualifications**: - Diploma in related studies achieved in the past 5 years (university diploma or vocational training "FP") - Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines.
