**Your Responsibilities will include**:

- Repair, maintenance and installation of capital equipment in the clinical environment
- Implementation of technical troubleshooting for all areas of the Capital Equipment product area, focus on electrophysiology
- Contact person for all technical questions
- Working with circuit diagrams and flow diagrams
- On-site briefing of customers
- Expansion and maintenance of customer relationships
- Exchange of information with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, in particular sales and technical services

**What are we looking for in you?**
- Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, medical technology or similar or a successfully completed, relevant apprenticeship
- Professional experience as a field service engineer desired, ideally in the field of medical technology
- Based in Bilbao or willing to relocate
- Strong customer orientation
- High level of travel and flexibility
- Reliability and conscientiousness
- Good MS Office user skills
- Good knowledge of English and Spanish.
- A strong willingness to travel within the country and Europe
