Cualificaciones:
In this role, your goal will be to support the procurement of indirect MRO & Services Category, transactional procurement activities within a Sub-Category of Indirect procurement, responsible for the multiple countries. You will be working in a team of Category Managers and Operational Buyers in Procurement function, your line manager, Head of Indirect Procurement. The scope may include as well some support of direct categories.

**Order management**
- Procurement operational activities in multiple regions in different ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Navision, PRMS, etc
- Expedite Purchase orders till they are delivered to site locations across Europe. Maintaining data and trackers in systems to ensure visibility.
- Address & solve operational issues with suppliers.
- Resolve the invoice processing related challenges.
- Support standardization of purchase process.
- Monitor inventory levels and taking actions to replenish the same.
- Support categories like Direct / Energy on need basis.

**Strategic sourcing / Assist Strategic Sourcing**
- Actively participate in the buying activities for the indirect category, with the goal of achieving cost reductions, while maintaining or improving service quality or vendor service levels.
- Identify, evaluate & select suppliers, negotiate and close framework agreements of EU region services under the Indirect sub-category under the guidance of Category managers.
- Engage and negotiate with Suppliers/ sub-contractors as per the Delegation of authority.
- Prepare bid documents/ tender/ comparisons and data analysis using Microsoft excel.
- Monitor performances of vendors and their compliance with their commitments.
- Prepare & issue savings reports/ activity reports.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering field/ Technical field
- Proactive mindset characterized by the ability to identify opportunities, take action without waiting for instructions, and contribute beyond expectations
- Strong communication skills, as the role is supporting multiple sites across Europe.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Indirect procurement/ projects contracting
- Understanding of EU market
- Excellent command of English and any one of the following languages German/ Dutch / French or Spanish are desirable.
- Interpersonal skills and result driven personality.
- Strong negotiation skill is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and supplier relations skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, and in a matrix management style organization.
- Strategic thinker and pragmatic worker.
