**What you'll be doing**:
To support our office in Málaga Tech Park (PTA) we are looking for a Junior Office Manager who is as passionate about people as we are. As a member of our mission Work Environment, you will help us to provide a work environment where every rindus team member feels cozy and quite like “at home”. Your role:

- You will take care of the check, approval, and processing of expenses (travel and other)
- You will be responsible for our asset management (mainly laptops and screens) and the handout of hardware to new hires
- You will take care of certain tasks in the onboarding process of new hires; among these tasks is also the picture-taking of new hires and the management of these pictures
- We have certain procedures related to the approval process of vacation management, which you will take over
- As a dynamic company, we offer our team members in the office a variety of hot and cold drinks, fresh fruit, and other snacks. You will be responsible for organizing the shopping and coordinating the catering, as well as shopping for office supplies and minor equipment
- As some of our team members do not live in Málaga and we are working with partners in Germany, you will manage the required shipments (in most cases hardware)
- Supporting our Manager Work Environment in various tasks. You bring in (you will be introduced to each task):
- Supporting the event organization: big events, small events, pizza days, partner visiting, workshops, meetups, welcoming dinners
- Office organization: mobiliary, equipment

**What you'll bring**:

- We look for an empathic and open minded personality with good communication skills and with a strong passion for working with people. You have a positive and optimistic attitude to approach and solve challenges
- Your English and Spanish is fluent, both oral and written
- You like being well organized and structured, you are detail-oriented, an education or experience in administration is a plus
- You have proficiency in MS Office
- You are confident in working with people from many nations and backgrounds
- You have strong problem-solving skills and can deal with unexpected and sometimes stressful challenges
