**Your work-life opportunity**:
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Web platform team. The team's mission is to provide building blocks, tools and developer experience that will enable Glovo's engineering teams to scale Glovo 10x. Our primary goal is increasing Developer happiness across Glovo.

As a team, we are responsible for designing, building and operating infrastructure services we consume from AWS along with software we run on top like Kubernetes, Spinnaker and Jenkins. We develop and maintain shared services that are used by our product engineers to deliver features to our customers and being on-call for the things that we own and run. We help our engineers adopt continuous delivery and site reliability practices across the organisation.

**Be a part of a team where you will**:

- Supporting, mentoring and developing high performing engineers through regular 1:1s and continuous feedback.
- Work with fellow engineering managers, product manager and Platform Director to ensure a high performing team that consistently and iteratively delivers high quality, high impact work.
- Contributing to your team's strategy and helping your team set a long term roadmap. You will also help defining, planning and driving programmes of work from start to finish within your teams
- Collaborate with engineers in your team to break down large programmes into deliverable projects

- Understanding of the role of the platform teams within an organisation
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must
