NexttiC somos un grupo de profesionales especializados en la industria Tecnológica y Digital, que colaboramos y compartimos conocimientos para conectar profesionales especializados y favorecerles a conocer empresas que puedan dar respuesta a sus intereses y motivaciones.
Actualmente, estamos colaborando con una Fintech. Están especializados en ofrecer servicios de apoyo financiero a particulares, facilitando la contratación de productos financieros complejos con óptimas condiciones.
Esta Fintech, está escalando su modelo de negocio y su equipo tech, por lo que ha decidido crear un nuevo rol en la estructura de Management de la empresa - Engineering Manager.
Sus responsabilidades se focalizarán en:
- Apoyar y dar soporte al equipo de Engineering
- Aunar recursos, equipo y objetivos para el desarrollo del Road Map de la empresa
- Escalar el equipo de Engineering
- Favorecer la evolución individual y colectiva del equipo
- Mantener los valores y cultura de la empresa
- Optimizar los procesos de comunicación entre Negocio y Engineering
- Apoyar a PO y PM en la definición de prioridades
- Acompañar en las decisiones de Arquitectura para mantener alienados los objetivos globales
Todo ello, en un escenario de crecimiento sostenido los últimos años con un modelo de negocio en constante evolución.
**Requisitos**:
Para el correcto desarrollo de este rol, nos gustaría que la persona que se incorpore aporte:
- Experiência previa como Engineering Manager o rol similar con Responsabilidad sobre equipos de Engineering
- Experiência en escalar equipos: estrategia de reclutamiento, definir estructuras internas para optimizar la escalabilidad del equipo, promociones y desarrollo interno
- Habituado a trabajar tanto con Engineering como Negocio
- Experiência con equipos Tech que trabajan con PHP, arqutiectura Hexagonal, Microservicios
