Jr. HR Business Partner

Our colleagues in the **HR team **are looking for a new **Junior HR Business Partner **for Valls Plant in Spain.

**The role purpose**:
Support the HR department in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs in support of the required plant strategy

**HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Contribute to designing local training activities and talent management strategies and support implementations of those strategies in the plant
- Owning and driving the activities coming out of Assessments, Global Opinion Survey as part of People Centre of Excellence.
- Establish strong credible relationships with people managers and employees, recognizing and tackling business issues, assessing potential HR requirements and implementing appropriate solutions to address these
- Collaborate to design and implement innovative and/or strategic HR programs within the plant including the execution of Supply Chain key projects
- Roll out of corporate programs (.e.g K Value, Comp planning, etc) and Supply Chain Projects at plant level (translation and delivery)
- Support compensation planning processes across the plant (manager and technician levels)
- Support the delivery of HR initiatives such as Talent Management (non manager levels) & People Capability at the Plant. Support recruiting and job fairs in plant areas
- Provide business unit and local market related expertise and input to other HR colleagues across Europe as required
- Lead Employee engagement and D&I projects as part of local People Centre of Excellence
- General support to HR including audit support for ISO /MQFS & time and attendance & payroll backup

- Experience of working in manufacturing plants with a focus on HR program delivery
- Good working knowledge of domestic employment law and HR best practice
