Actualmente, buscamos a un Consultor Senior SAP HCM para ser el responsable del diseño, configuración y mantenimiento de la solución SAP HCM (ECC y S/4).

Posición 100% en remoto con base Madrid.

**Funciones clave**:
Servir como experto en la materia y líder técnico en el área de SAP HCM.

Demostrar y explicar las funcionalidades y mejores prácticas de los módulos de Nómina y/o Gestión de Tiempos de SAP.

Dirigir talleres y recopilar requisitos.

Realizar análisis de requisitos, diseño de soluciones y redacción de especificaciones funcionales.

Configurar el sistema y desarrollar esquemas y reglas de nómina y gestión de tiempo.

Configurar y dar soporte al Centro de Control de Nóminas.

Garantizar la correcta integración del sistema y los procesos de Nómina y Gestión de Tiempos.

Realizar pruebas funcionales y de integración del sistema.

Proporcionar soporte a UAT, formación, migración de datos y cutover dentro de los proyectos.

Revisar, analizar y probar el impacto de los cambios relacionados con la nómina incluidos en los paquetes de soporte.

**Requisitos**:
Experiência demostrable como Consultor SAP HCM, con especialización en Administración de Personal, Gestión Organizacional, Nómina y/o Gestión del Tiempo.

Conocimiento profundo de los módulos de Nómina y/o Gestión de Tiempos de SAP.

Experiência en liderar proyectos y dirigir talleres.

Habilidades sólidas de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

Certificaciones SAP serán valoradas positivamente.

Capacidad para resolver problemas de manera proactiva y eficiente.

Disponibilidad para viajar según las necesidades del proyecto.
