Recruit 121 is currently looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant / Analyst (Integration) to support a high-profile SAP HCM integration programme. This contract role focuses on functional and process integration between SAP HCM and other SAP and non-SAP systems, acting as a key bridge between business and IT teams.Start Date: ASAP (mid-February latest)Duration: 9 monthsLocation: MadridWorkload: 3–4 days per week On-site Requirement: 1–2 days per week Languages: Excellent English required; Spanish preferredRole OverviewYou will support the analysis, design, and delivery of SAP HCM integrations, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves hands-on functional analysis, interface specification, testing, and support through to production release.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse existing interfaces flowing into and out of an on-premise SAP HCM systemPerform detailed analysis at component, field, and value levelDefine functional and process integration requirementsWrite technical interface specifications for development teamsCreate test scenarios and execute system and integration testingSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Assist with release activities and production supportAct as a liaison between business and IT stakeholdersRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of hands-on SAP HCM experience across core modulesStrong integration experience with SAP and non-SAP systemsProven background in functional/process integration and interface analysisExperience working closely with developers, business users, and testersExcellent English communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to travel to Madrid when requiredProactive, self-driven approach with strong initiativeIf this opportunity aligns with your experience and availability, we'd be happy to discuss further details.
