- As the new Trainee Patient Solution Manager based Barcelona you will be empowered for visible impact and guided by our winning behaviors of simplification, collaboration, and accountability to achieve our goals.

**Your role**
- As Trainee Patient Solution Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the strategy development and tactical implementation of marketing plans designed for Atopic Dermatitis and Psoriasis products to achieve short term objectives in the market.

**Your responsibilities**
- Support of the PSMs for AD and Psoriasis products
- Managing Veeva and related approval processes
- Partner with the Patient Solution Manager of Psoriasis for Spain in ensuring brand alignment.
- Organization of activities and key events for Psoriasis and Atopic Dermatitis (Iberian focus).

**Your qualifications**
- To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

- University Degree (Health Science preferably) and Master MBA, Marketing or similar.
- Strong transversal leadership and project management capabilities
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken), desirable English.
- Digital mindset.
