**PRESALES MANAGER**
**Eurovision Services is looking for a Presales Manager to join the Global Sales & Marketing team at our office in Madrid, Spain.**
This role involves working on the development and sale of advanced connectivity and broadcast solutions for the world’s biggest live events. If you have experience in customer-facing positions in the telecommunications, networking or broadcast industries and strong analytical skills, then we want to hear from you.
**ABOUT THE PRESALES TEAM**
The Presales team is the bridge between the Sales and Operations teams and the focal point for managing all sales leads. The team works closely with the Engineering and Technology team to build solutions that meet the customer’s requirements, documenting these solutions and - where necessary - supporting the Sales team in presenting them to the customer. The Presales team is also responsible for ensuring a proper handover to our Project Management team for all bids that are won.
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION**
As a Presales Manager you will:
- Work with the Sales team to assess customer requirements
- Act as the technical contact for the customer during the bid process
- Keep up-to-date with all the latest developments, technologies and solutions in order to present them to the Sales team and customers
- Work with the Engineering and Technology team on solution design and architecture
- Work with the Procurement team to identify and select providers
- Check the operational feasibility of the identified solution together with the Operations team
- Determine the resources required to deliver the solution
- Fully cost all aspects of the solution
- Produce documentation such as the solution description and schematics
- Ensure handover to the Project Management team for delivery when deals are won, including full documentation and budget.
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- At least five years’ experience in telecommunications, network or broadcast engineering
- At least three years’ experience in a customer-facing pre-sales position
- Strong technological expertise
- Solid skills in planning, organisation and problem solving
- A business-oriented mindset and financial awareness
- A proven record of driving continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills
- Enhanced numerical skills
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Fluent English

**EDUCATION**
Master’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Digital Media, IT or similar.
And additional business certification or degree would be a plus.
