**Job Title**: German-Speaking Content Moderator

Join our client's team as a **Content Moderator** and help maintain a **safe and positive environment** on one of the leading **short video platforms**. You will be responsible for filtering content, screening for inappropriate material, and ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.

Please note that this role involves reviewing sensitive or potentially disturbing content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure adherence to platform guidelines.
- Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or offensive materials.
- Maintain a **high level of accuracy and efficiency** in content screening.
- Work collaboratively with a multicultural team in a **fast-paced environment**.
- Provide feedback and improvement suggestions based on content trends.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in German** (C2 level) - **mandatory**.
- **B2 level English** proficiency (written and spoken).
- Comfortable handling **sensitive content**.
- Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced, multicultural work environment**.
- Basic **IT skills** required.
- Must hold an **EU member state ID** or a **valid residence card for Spain**.
- **Already residing in Barcelona** (no relocation assistance provided).

**Work Schedule**:
**Full-time**: 39 hours per week
- Workdays include **Monday to Sunday**, with **two weekends per month**.
- Days off can be **separate during the week**.

**Part-time**: 16 hours per week
- Work only on **Saturday and Sunday**.

**Training**:

- Full-time training provided.
- Shifts may vary depending on the business line and market.
- Hybrid work model may apply.
- Schedules are provided **one month in advance**.

**Contract Details**:

- **Fixed-term contract** (2 months, renewable based on performance).
- **One-month probation period** included in the first contract.
- Possibility of a **permanent contract** after 4 to 6 months.
- **Paid training** from day one (Monday to Friday, no training on weekends or holidays).

**Holidays**:

- **32 days per year** (distributed as **four full weeks** and **four individual days**).

**Salary**:

- **Gross annual salary**: 24,715.40€
- **Gross monthly salary**: 2,059.62€

Pay: From 2,100.00€ per month
