Youll review and moderate online content, making decisions that help maintain platform integrity and community standards. Review user-generated content to ensure it aligns with platform policies. Monitor and assess content for inappropriate, harmful, or illegal material. Take swift action based on content moderation guidelines. Escalate complex cases to senior moderation teams when necessary. Fluent in German (C2 level) and proficient in English. Strong understanding of social media and digital platforms. Ability to analyze and evaluate content objectively. Resilience when dealing with sensitive or challenging content. Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
