Monitor and review content to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Identify and take action against harmful or inappropriate material. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance moderation strategies. Uphold platform standards to foster a respectful online environment. What We’re Looking For Fluent in German (C2 level) & advanced English. Passionate about social media and online communities. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Previous content moderation, customer service, or contact center experience is a plus. Mandatory: High school diploma (ESO) or higher education.
