The Value & Strategic Pricing team in the Spain Affiliate is looking for a Value & Access Sr Mgr.

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this role, you will develop the best value proposition in terms of access and pricing strategy for the product under your responsibility. You will demonstrate the value of Amgen medicine to enable optimal market access and brand growth for lifecycle management. You will provide leadership and expertise in access, pricing, health economics outcomes and data that will be useful internally for the best product strategy development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and develop best access & pricing strategy
- Lead initiatives to maximize access and optimize product performance and life cycle management
- Lead business cases and pricing frameworks seeking for alignment within access and commercial
- Identify and promote strategic opportunities (innovate in commercial agreements and leverage beyond the molecule projects)
- Elaborate negotiation tools and coordinate negotiation strategies for the product at national, regional and hospital levels
- Review and update internal and external key information and insights related to P&R, competitive, environment, etc.
- Develop and adapt economic evaluation models and value dossiers to leverage the value of the product
- Generate value evidence in scope of observational studies and publications
- Represent access and health economics mixed role in the local product/strategic access teams & liaise with global to foster synergies and support affiliate success
- Coordinate access stakeholders’ management plan
- Budget management & forecast / finance planning

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar role (market access and health economics mixed role expertise is a plus)
- Must be able to perform in a diverse cross-functional team environment
- Must have strong analytical and prioritization skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Sensitivity to monitor and propose appropriate response to market changes and opportunities/risks
- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at all levels in the organization and with several stakeholders
- Fluency in English both oral and written communications
- Excellent Computer skills MS Office programs
