BME is the infrastructure of all the securities markets and financial systems in Spain and is owned by SIX.
We are looking for a bright, dedicated team player to join our HR department as Recruiting Sourcer to play a vital role in identifying and attracting the best talents for specific open positions across business and corporate units and on various levels.
You will be providing hands-on active sourcing services to help drive our growth strategy to the next level. The role will be based out of our Las Rozas - Madrid office and you will also be working closely with our internal and external partners.
**What You Will Do**:
- act as a trusted advisor and manage the recruitment process end to end
- contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives or Employer Branding projects/events
**What You Bring**:
- ideally 1 year of active sourcing experience
- good understanding of end-to-end hiring process, preferably in-house recruiting
- multitasking and well-organized way of working as well as ability to quickly prioritize and handle multiple assignments
- fluency in Spanish and English. German is a plus
