You will be a smooth communicator with a strong sense of people, a tactician who supports the development of talent pipelines, and a team member focused on bringing world-class A-Players to Revolut.What You00ll Be Doing Building and implementing sourcing strategiesDeveloping talent pipelines and executing tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaignsFinding and engaging active and passive candidates through various channels and adopting alternative search techniquesWorking with recruiters and hiring managers to optimise sourcing efforts by leveraging dataUtilising our ATS to store, manage, and engage talent pools of appropriate candidatesImplementing modern sourcing and recruiting methodsWhat You00ll Need Agency or relevant in-house experience in sourcing top talent in Financial Services or Tech firmsDeep understanding of the financial sector hiring landscape and the complexity of global talent marketsAbility to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates at the beginning of the recruitment processResults-driven approach with proven experience sourcing top talent at scaleAbility to set priorities and take action facing competing demandsLove for problem solving and using data to make strategic and tactical decisionsBy submitting this application, you agree that the information provided is true to the best of your knowledge.
