Centauro Rent a Car is the market leader in continuous expansion and is looking for people like you We are a company dedicated to the car rental sector with over 50 years of experience in the business. Our head office is located in Alicante (Spain), and we have offices in the most popular tourist destinations in Southern Europe and the Mediterranean coast: Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal, Madeira, Italy, Sardinia, Sicily, mainland Greece, and the Greek islands.

We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and energetic Branch Manager for our office at Mallorca Airport. The main responsibilities are:

- Organization of team schedules to ensure proper customer service.
- Ensure the correct provision of subcontracted service providers (maintenance, cleaning, repair, etc.).
- Control operating costs to achieve the targets.
- Enhance the cross-selling of services (GPS, higher category, etc.) both personally and by encouraging the team.
- Assist customers in operational management.
- Ensure a good atmosphere and work environment among employees.
- Enable professional development and commitment among team members.
- Report to management on the operation, results, incidents, and receive necessary guidelines.

**Minimum requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in the Rent a Car business.
- Experience as a coordinator of another operator is valued.
- Knowledge of the field to understand the details of operation: type of incidents with vehicles, cross-selling system, etc.
- Commercial vocation and customer orientation.
- Advanced level of Office Automation.
- Fluent in English. Other languages will be valued.
