We are looking for a Raw Materials Manager.

What will your challenges be?
Raw Materials team management. Define the growth strategy for the team
Set team goals and control budget.
Coordinate ingredient approvals for new products and evaluate additional suppliers. Define action plans to mitigate supply chain failures in collaboration with Supply.
Generate comprehensive technical knowledge of the raw materials portfolio.
Ensure compliance to regulations for Cosmetics, Medical Devices, OTC products, and Food Supplements in the EU, US, China, and Latam, and develop action plans for future regulatory changes.
Integrate sustainability practices in the supply chain, focusing on the origin, traceability, environmental impact, and social responsibility of ingredients.
Develop regulatory, analytical, and toxicological standards to improve raw materials' quality and safety.
Participate in supplier’s audits in coordination with QA
Establish strong relationships with the company’s key suppliers and negotiate special needs and requirements
Are you the one we are waiting for?
**Experience**: 5 years having similar responsibilities.
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Science field
**Languages**: English - High Level
