What are we looking for?
Generate technical knowledge of the raw materials portfolio. Develop and verify transversal requirements (regulatory/analytical/toxicological,...) to improve the quality, safety and sustainability of our ingredients. Work together with other R&D areas for the approval of innovative ingredients and additional suppliers for existing raw materials. We are looking for a proactive person with initiative and teamwork spirit who wants to contribute to developing the area and be able to face future challenges.

What will your challenges be?
Definition of the raw materials approval strategy.
Contact with suppliers. Request, review and classification of technical documents of raw materials for Cosmetic, Medical Device and OTC products.
Coordinate the status of raw material approvals with all areas involved (Analytical Development, Formulation Development, Regulatory Affairs, Toxicology, Purchasing,...).
Lead the evaluation and implementation of new sustainability standards focused on ingredients.
External partners approval management.
Direct contact with Regulatory Affairs Area to develop the action plan for ingredients compliance.
Digitalization and Data management
Are you the one we are waiting for?
**Education**: Degree in Science Field (chemistry, pharmacy, biology). Desired: Project management
**Experience**: 2-3 years in cosmetic sector in regulatory/technical areas applied to ingredients
**Languages**: English - B2 /Advanced
IT: MS Office, Google Professional, Drive environment, Cosmetic R&D (Coptis)
**Others**: Proactive, Lead projects, teamwork, detail oriented, organized and structured person
