The team has been growing very fast, creating specific verticals oriented to give the best service to our business: **Software Development** **Product** **Customer Solutions** **Cloud & NetOps** **Security** We develop multiple technologies for different use cases from integrations with third parties, to integrations with automation or internal integrations between different services based on Cloud technologies using "serverless" elements and Google components. **TECH STACK** **(Go;** Terraform; **React; **Elm; **React Native; **Python)** Our work has an impact and that's what really matters. **About the job** In this customer-facing role, you will partner with our commercial and pre-sales engineers to lead the integration of new customers to the Paack platform. As the technical lead for new integrations, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end integration journey. This will include: **Main responsibilities and requirements** You will also be responsible for: - Documenting the technical scope of the integration - Project manage the integration including any third parties - Developing or updating any custom integration code required to complete the integration - Regular technical communications with the customer during the integration, including technical workshops, answering technical questions and providing advice on technical best practices - Transitioning customers once the integration is complete to the product support teams - Collaborating with Product managers to define and improve standard integration channels. - Working with existing customers to improve and deepen their interfaces with Paack. - Providing excellent customer service through active listening in every interaction with customers and proposing solutions to fit customer needs. - Supporting engineering in solving bugs, incidents, and other production issues. - Defining best practices and ensuring those are endorsed by engineers when building integrations. - Keeping stakeholders updated on progress. **_ About you:_** - **Computer Science degree,** or equivalent professional experience. - **Experience working with API platforms, transactions, and tools to read, modify and submit requests and analyse responses and payloads.**: - **Experience in configuring and/or developing custom integrations in cloud-based environments.**: - Customer-facing experience in a technical role such as a Business Analyst, Pre-sales Engineer, or technical Customer Success Engineer. - Strong command of English. - Ability to work under pressure and with changing priorities. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to influence strong stakeholders and to come to a tangible and pragmatic solution. - Passionate about customer service and experienced at understanding a client’s pain points. **_Desirable:_** - API development, and Webhooks. - Working knowledge of cloud technologies. - Experience writing technical specification documents. **Why Paack** Because to lead the online market delivery revolution we need enthusiastic, energetic, and committed people.
