Why not take the challenge and talk with us - this is what you can expect: To be hired based on competencies not purely past experience Continual coaching and feedback sessions to bring out the best in yourself On-the-job enablement and coaching from your first day with us Future career development opportunities including internationally To be a proud member of the latest class of "Customer Solutions Consultants" in Confluent globally **What You Will Do**: - Manage a portfolio of customers in coordination with the other members of the account team - Perform proactive outreach to customers to drive their success - Schedule and deliver product walkthroughs, customer training, and hold regular optimisation reviews - Provide prescriptive recommendations to customers focused on how they can improve their adoption of the Confluent technology solutions to gain additional value - Help build and improve internal processes to drive customer success - Develop a deep understanding of Confluent’s technology to support customer goals - Understand the entire customer experience, putting customers’ needs first and helping us evolve digital engagement strategies across the customer journey as needed - Actively monitor and measure your impact towards growing customer health, product adoption, and revenue **What You Will Bring**: - Confluent is looking for employees that exhibit at least some of these competencies: - Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, sales, and customer support.
