- You own a degree from a university/college in **computer science** or **business informatics** or you’re just a total Microsoft Dynamics nerd
- You are experienced in **mapping commercial processes** as well as project and process management combined with **user training experience**:

- You are highly **customer and service oriented** while caring about the latest technologies and trends
- You’re very **organized** and enjoy **working independently** as part of a great team
- You have excellent written and spoken language skills in **German and English**
