We are seeking a **Senior Business Analyst (BA) CRM** specializing in **Microsoft Dynamics** to join our team for an ambitious global CRM integration project. This role involves aligning and merging two existing **Microsoft Dynamics CRM** platforms into a unified solution that supports approximately 5,000 users worldwide. You will play a key role in defining frameworks, processes, and solutions that meet organizational needs and enable seamless integration.

**What is this all about?**- Collaborate with stakeholders across various sectors to understand business needs and translate them into CRM requirements.- Analyse and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and alignment.- Lead and support the design, testing, and deployment of the unified Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.- Ensure seamless integration of CRM tools into the broader IT landscape, focusing on scalability and user adoption.- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to facilitate clear communication and effective problem-solving.- Provide expertise and guidance on CRM best practices, leveraging knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics functionalities.- Support change management and user training to ensure smooth transitions during implementation phases.

**Qualifications**:
**Who are you?**- Over 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM projects, with a strong preference for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.- Proven track record in tool integration for large-scale projects in international organizations, ideally in the CRM domain

Skills & Behaviours- Understanding of CRM architecture and capabilities.- A technical background, including SQL skills, is a strong plus.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.- Fluent English (required) French & Spanish is highly valued.- Primary locations: Geneva or Barcelona.**Additional Information**:
