**DESCRIPTION**:
Do you have strong Business Analysis background and knowledge in Financial Services domain? Are you an open-minded professional with good English skills? If it sounds like you, this could be the perfect opportunity to join EPAM as a Senior Business Analyst.

Business analysts play an important role in providing scale and efficiency to the team by supporting product managers throughout the product development lifecycle from understanding user needs through to product delivery and adoption.

We use the model in which the PdM is ultimately responsible for the outcomes but is supported in a set of activities by the BA.

The PdM is the primary driver of the workstream, they are leading most conversations with users and are directly responsible from approving all decisions about scope, requirements and prioritization of work.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Gathering requirements
- Ticketing
- Writing Documentation
- UAT Testing
- User Management
- Backlog Management
- Building partnership with engineering teams

WHAT YOU HAVE
- Strong math background. Relevant studies (Computer Science, Systems...)
- Previous experience working in Financial Services domain
- Coding experience
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Ability to independently “figure things out” such as new tools and systems
- Proficient English skills

- Driving Adoption
- Enjoys coding on the side, does side projects
- Studied relevant discipline (math, economics, finance)
- Keen interest in markets and investment concepts (follows markets, trades personally)
