Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Location:Malaga Spain(Once in week to office) Senior Business Analyst – Financial Software We are seeking aSenior Business Analystto lead end-to-end analysis for high-impact financial software projects. You will act as the key link between business stakeholders, product teams, and developers, supporting delivery from discovery through go-live. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering and discovery workshops Define and document business processes and workflows Create conceptual data models and support system integrations Develop wireframes and prototypes (Figma or similar) Define acceptance criteria and support UAT Support change management, training, and go-live activities Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams and manage user stories in JIRA/Confluence Requirements 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (banking/fintech preferred) Strong knowledge of lending, payments, and compliance Experience with Agile delivery and process modeling Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Excel; wireframing tools Technical knowledge (SQL, Appian, Pega) is a plus
