The Sales Function works with a diverse range of customers, everything from start-ups to the most well-known global corporations. We work closely with our customers to develop a clear understanding of their business context, their needs, and how our range of products can support their business objectives. Through this partnership and relationship approach, the Sales team perform at a high level and are fundamental to the ongoing growth and success of Insights.
We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a hybrid role to support our clients and practitioners in Spain and will require **Spanish and English **language skills.
As part of the Key Accounts Team, you will develop customer relationships in Spain through providing a legendary customer experience and thereby growing our existing portfolio of accounts in alignment to our Global Sales Strategy.

**Job Description** What you’ll do to succeed**
Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts through building customer relationships by understanding their business needs and the value that Insights can bring.
Qualify and develop new business opportunities within your portfolio of accounts from initial enquiry, building relationships to meet the client needs and enable Insights to maximise potential business opportunities.
Think like a customer to deliver exceptional client experience, putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.
**What you’re great at.**
You will use your strong communication skills and telephone presence to build a rapport with clients and internal contacts, providing a legendary customer experience.
You will be accomplished at positioning the value of Learning Journeys and multi-stage projects and be able to demonstrate value to your clients by sharing your knowledge of Insights methodology, resources, solutions, and services available
You will be motivated by achieving stretch goals, with a natural drive for results and have experience in Social Selling & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
You have a passion for building, managing, and maintaining strong relationships and bring excellent presentation and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
**Qualifications** Other requirements**
- You must be fluent in Spanish and English
- Good IT skills particularly in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Minimal travel may be a requirement of this role Previous experience in the learning and development and/or consulting related industries is a plus
