A champion and role model of Treatwell’s culture and values, the People Operations Executive will be responsible for executing a seamless experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle for our Spanish market based in Barcelona’s office.

Reporting into the People Operations Director and collaborating closely with the People Operations Manager Spain, you’ll be the go-to person on the ground for all local leaders and employees in Spain.

Working collaboratively with the local leaders, you will ensure an aligned and consistent approach to people operations across the business, delivering exceptional results against the People Team strategy.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Oversee all stages of the employee lifecycle for employees in Spain.
- Lead and continuously improve the Onboarding experience of new employees: make it engaging, playful and informative.
- Support and preparation of all regulatory and legal documents related to personnel management (social security contributions, drafting of employment contracts, contractual changes due to role changes, medical leave sickness).
- Prepare and manage payroll information.
- Prepare and manage voucher benefits for employees.
- Autonomously manage and resolve tasks raised via our People Support Portal, in a timely manner, related to IRPF, payroll, payfit, etc.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including termination.
- Deliver and participate in the development of key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including but not limited to L&D, benefits, feedback culture, etc.

**About You**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Labour Relations or related.
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (both written & verbal). Catalán will be a plus.
- Knowledge and understanding of Spanish employment law and local HR legislation.
- Previous experience as an HR generalist, with a proven track record of supporting a fast-paced team in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience using Payfit or bamboo is a plus.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation & attention to detail.
- Proactive, trustworthy and empathetic who can demonstrate a good balance of emotional intelligence with pragmatic judgement.
- Positivity and problem-solving approach
- Data-driven, tech-savvy and good knowledge of MS Office.
