**Key Accountabilities**
- Responsible for contract management (ship
- and crew management agreements, service level agreements)
- In charge for handling insurances and claims management (e.g. link between insurance department and customer)
- Responsible for commercial project coordination
- Support the development and implementation of system and process enhancements aiming to monitor and manage data relating to clients and BSM Cruise more effectively
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to the management

**Involvement with Clients**
- Support in the evaluation of potential new business (incl SWOT, pricing)
- Monitoring of customer’s profitability

**Reports to**
- Management, especially Director Finance

**Education and Qualifications**
- Commercial qualification, e.g. apprenticeship in the shipping industry and/or Bachelor degree, ideally with shipping background

**Work Experience**
- Practical commercial experience (ideally 2 yrs+)
- Experience in agile working with internal and external customers

**Job Specific Skills**
- Analytical skills, endurance, a good eye for the details, naturally curious and interested in optimizing processes
- PC literate with effective knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Fluency in English with good written and verbal communication skills
- Administrative, time & project management skills with ability to deliver to time and quality
- Flexible, self-motivated and self-directed whilst equally able to work effectively as a team member
- Willingness to travel (globally)
