**Job Description**:
**Location**: Madrid, Valencia (flexible)

We are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager to strengthen the business area’s Project Delivery Unit. The team is responsible for the project execution of large-scale infrastructure renewable projects of onshore wind in Iberia. The role will report to Delivery Director Iberia.

**Key activities and responsibilities**:

- Manage several construction projects in a portfolio or single projects depending on size and complexity; this includes organizing, leading, and ensuring effective management and administration of the project.
- Coordination of the project team, including external consultants, contractors, and service providers.
- Reporting on project status to the project owner representative according to company governance.
- The implementation of the health, safety, and environmental requirements and ensuring HSE monitoring and reporting.
- Ensure and manage planning and environmental permit conditions for the project, including stakeholder management.
- The implementation of anti-corruption prevention and reporting according to the Statkraft Way.
- Ensure internal communication, cooperation, and coordination between the different staff members of the project and with other parties with interfaces to the project (Asset Owner, HR and Corporate).
- Ensure efficient and regular project meetings and the recording of minutes and agreed actions.
- Ensure the tendering processes for the main contracts are performed and completed within the time schedule for the projects.
- Manage the inputs from the technical design team to finalize the design of the projects.
- Ensure continuous planning and follow-up of cost, time, and quality using Statkraft internal tools for, project reporting, safety, contract management, risk management, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Masters, university degree in engineering, or other relevant field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a wind project (in Spain or abroad) managing renewable energy development projects with a proven track record of delivering renewable/large scale infrastructure projects through construction.
- Demonstrated experience in the construction processes and environmental assessments of wind, solar, battery, and other renewable energy projects.
- Relevant experience of having full responsibility for the management of project budgets and schedules from early-stage development to construction.
- Strong technical understanding of renewable energy technology with experience in contracts and technical appendices for main technology supply contracts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and manage project teams.
- PMP certification is nice to have.
- Ability to concisely frame issues by providing context, analysis, recommendations and risk/benefit, both in written and verbal format to project teams.
- Native in Spanish, fluency in English required.
- Availability to travel 30% to 50% of the time.
