Development teams in TrustYou are self-sufficient teams responsible for delivering features to production. As a mid-level infrastructure engineer you will be the main responsible person for the setup and maintenance of the infrastructure resources required by a recently formed team. Most of these will be deployed in a Kubernetes cluster which we operate in a hybrid cloud approach, combining on-premise hardware with self-managed cloud resources.

Your Area of Influence: *
- Assist the team in the choice of their tech-stack and guide them in Kubernetes and CI/CD best practices
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineers of other teams on maintaining and evolving our Kubernetes Cluster
- Help us to spread the DevOps culture in the organization
**Our Expectations of You**:

- Professional work experience as a Kubernetes Administrator
- System administration experience and good practices for Linux and Docker Containers
- Experience with database maintenance, ideally with PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, ElasticSearch and/or MongoDB
- Experience with concepts, tooling and practices around CI and CD
- Passion to automate everything
- Software engineering background and knowledge of any programming language
- Fluent in English
- Able to work in European working hours, or willingness to relocate
**What Would Make You a Perfect Fit**:

- Experience with maintaining Hybrid Kubernetes Clusters
- Experience with Big Data Processing on Kubernetes, e.g. with Apache Spark and/or Kafka
- Experience with Batch and Stream data processing concept, practices and/or tooling
- Experience working with Helm and Helmfile
- Prometheus stack knowledge
