Job Description

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • You define the software structure as required and ensure it complies with the architectural vision and simplicity of the design rules.
  • You are in charge of implementing new requirements using test-driven development methodology
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of our system design on Azure.
  • Contribute to and utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
  • You work from a scrum framework: planning and grooming sessions during sprints; reviewing user stories and test cases.
  • You can analyze the root cause of defects to provide the most comprehensive fixes for every issue.
  • You are a quality champion for the solutions to be delivered.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • You can handle escalation and high-priority issues effectively.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

    Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as a Software Engineer with a significant focus on backend development.
  • Good experience C#, .Net framework, SQL.
  • Experience with microservices architecture. 
  • Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

    Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).   
  • The ability to analyze problems and implement solutions using debugging toolset. Provide advice and mentoring to younger colleagues as well as take part in daily scrum activities.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Test Driven Development.
  • Good at interacting in English with your colleagues, both verbally and in writing.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Experience with ASP.NET WebAPI, RESTFull applications, JavaScript.
  • Front-end experience with accessibility programming.
  • Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies.
