**The Role**

We are seeking a Digital Production Traffic Manager with a high level of English to join our digital team in Madrid. We are looking for someone with experience in e-commerce, a solid understanding of online marketplaces, and expertise in coordinating and managing transcreation projects.

This role involves coordinating and overseeing digital projects for a global client, defining the best skills for each project from the outset, with a particular focus on creating, localizing, and transcreating materials for various e-commerce disciplines. You will be responsible for coordinating projects and priorities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality assets across multiple e-retailer’s platforms, in Spain and across Europe.

Additionally, this person will be focused on maximizing efficiency in each project, always seeking the most sustainable options.

**Responsibilities**
- Visibility across all projects, efficiently allocating resources for each one and managing priorities.
- Regularly coordinate with cross-functional teams (creatives, developers, transcreation specialists, marketing teams) to track progress, report on project requirements, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Identify bottlenecks in production, address resource gaps, and implement solutions to maintain efficient workflows.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and escalate issues when necessary to avoid delays or budget overruns.
- Maintain a good relationship between the account management team handling the project and the developers' team that will carry out the production part, anticipating conflicts with solutions

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Extensive knowledge of digital production processes, with a specific focus on the creation, localization, and transcreation of e-commerce materials for various European marketplaces, including Amazon. SEO knowledge will be a plus.
- Must have previous experience in a Studio, Traffic, or Resource Management role, either agency side or in-house
- The ability to navigate the complexities of e-commerce ecosystems are essential.
