Desde **RightHand**, compañía especializada en la atracción y desarrollo de talento digital, estamos buscando un **Traffic Manager** para nuestro cliente, agencia de medios consolidada y en expansión, con proyectos para grandes cuentas nacionales e internacionales, que busca fortalecer su área de operaciones digitales. Se trata de un entorno colaborativo, en evolución constante, donde la tecnología y la estrategia son claves para ofrecer soluciones publicitarias de alto impacto.

Buscamos un perfil técnico con experiência demostrable en herramientas de adserving y analítica digital, que quiera liderar el área de Ad Operations en una agencia dinámica y centrada en cuentas clave del mercado. Este rol combina un fuerte componente técnico con visión estratégica y capacidad de interlocución con equipos internos y clientes.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Liderar la ejecución, seguimiento y optimización de campañas digitales para clientes clave.
- Configuración, implementación y troubleshooting de campañas publicitarias en plataformas como:

- Google Campaign Manager (CM360)
- Adform
- Otras soluciones de adserving y tracking.
- Integración con herramientas de analítica y atribución como:

- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Amplitude
- AppsFlyer
- mParticle
- Colaboración estrecha con equipos de cuentas, estrategia, creatividad y tecnología para asegurar la correcta implementación de campañas.
- Supervisar la correcta medición de KPIs y proponer mejoras continuas basadas en datos.
- Formación y acompañamiento a perfiles más junior del área en tecnologías de tracking y analítica.
- Reporting técnico y seguimiento con clientes en coordinación con el equipo de cuentas.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência en funciones similares en agencias de medios o entorno de anunciantes.
- Dominio de Campaign Manager, Adform y conocimientos de otras plataformas de adserving.
- Experiência con herramientas de medición web y mobile (GA4, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, mParticle).
- Capacidad analítica y orientación a datos.
- Proactividad técnica y espíritu autodidacta.
- Deseable: conocimientos básicos de etiquetado, GTM, JavaScript o APIs publicitarias.
- Nível de inglés intermedio o superior.
