**What are we expecting from you?**

The local Retail Operations and Visual Merchandising coordinator will be **part of** **the first boutique in Spain and will be reporting to our Regional Retail Operations Manager.**

The Local Retail Operations and Visual Merchandising coordinator ensures that **boutique operations are efficient and in line with Maison’s guidelines**.

Their main responsibilities will be the following:
**Retail operations / boutique projects**:

- Fully integrate into the boutique’s life and its operations in order to be able and **support its functionality.**:

- **Acts as a market key-user**: Roll-out projects at local level / train boutique teams on new tools & processes / feed the e-portal
- **Coordinate with regional teams & local shared service departments** (Maintenance, IT, Security ) for all topics impacting boutique operations
- **Manage orders** of Boutique tools, VM tools and vendor creation / follow-up invoicing
- **Implement CS strategy** & support the adoption of CS tools in the boutiques
- **Ensure efficiency of CS** in collaboration with the regional team and through effective communication with local Client Services’ workshop
- **Manage market / boutique CS issues & requests** and seek support from Region

**Boutique environment**:

- Support the Regional Operations Manager Retail Manager in creating a **positive boutique environment **in line with the image and excellence standards of our Maison: grooming, VM & Zoning, tidiness
- **Inform the boutiques of VM initiatives by**:

- Order and follow-up the necessary VM tools
- Follow up of Yoobic missions, deadlines and changes on windows/zoning
- **Organize VM trainings** and communicate VM golden rules
- **Act as the Project Manager** for bespoke VM (brief production, setup, reporting), convey relevant feedback to regional team, follow-up POS budget
