**About the role**:
Join our FX Dealing team as a key support member, where you’ll perform crucial tasks while mastering the skills of the trade. In this dynamic Trade Support role, you’ll collaborate with both Front and Back office teams to ensure the seamless operation of various systems and functions.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual who can confidently demonstrate intelligence when interacting with various stakeholders within the business. If you have a degree in Business, Economics, Maths, or a related field, and a keen interest in market conditions and current events impacting the FX market, we want to hear from you
**Key responsibilities**:
As a Trade Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Timely and proactive management of the trade checking process, in order to find and resolve any problems or discrepancies
- Using both forward looking and retrospective trade checks to ensure that back office/settlements can effectively reconcile previous days and months
- Working with Front and Back Office to ensure that daily settlement deadlines and currency cut-offs are met
- Ensuring that data is accurate across the different platforms used by front office
- Working with individual dealers and their clients to trade client positions, send contract notes and trade confirmations, confirm beneficiary details and complete any other trade administration as required
- Completion of the Options post-trade process and generation of options term sheets
- Performing Option Trade expiry monitoring and processing
- Investigating and resolving problems or errors with trades for either front or back office
- Monitoring margin calls and client positions
- Prioritizing daily tasks and new tasks appropriately
- Working with our Payments team to ensure trades get executed and delivered accurately.
**Essential experience & skills**:
We want to set you up for success and we believe these experiences and skills will help you thrive in this role:
- Minimum 1 year experience as Trade Support Analyst in the Financial Services
- Business or numerical based degree (Business, Economics, Math)
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent English language skills and fluent Spanish language skills
