Support our Spanish team within the Universal Pictures International (UPI) Sales department ensuring a proper execution of sales operations and trade initiatives, working closely with the Marketing, Technical and Finance Departments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To support in the maintenance of the relationships with exhibitors
- To support in the execution of the trade initiatives
- To support in the trade’s administrative tasks
- Supporting the Trade Manager & Sales Analyst:

- Tracking the trade campaigns
- Controlling and following-up shipments of trade materials to exhibitors
- Assisting in analytical tasks
- Assisting in the coordination of special promotions with exhibitors
- Administrative tasks:

- Billings, purchasing orders, SAP

**Qualifications**
- Proactive, communicative and a strong team player
- Creative and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent ability to establish priorities and meeting deadlines
- Open minded and willingness to work in a diverse environment
- Ready to accept challenges
- Fluent in English
- Good level of MS Excel & PowerPoint
- The studies must have been finished less than 3 years ago
- University Diploma or Certificate will be requested
