GOMEEP helps companies and individuals by providing built for purpose reliable e-mobility assets for last mile delivery and transportation.
GOMEEP is a monthly e-bike subscription service. For a monthly subscription fee, users will receive their own private e-bike, where all maintenance, insurance and replacements are included in the subscription. They can sign up and cancel at any time.
**What will you be doing?**
You will be part of GOMEEP’s operations in Barcelona. For your team, you are there to support and a point of contact for questions and concerns.
**Responsibilities**
- Resolves customer problems by coordinating services, providing information, registration of new customers and answering questions. Give support to the operations team.
- Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with operations, participating with, and providing resources to business improvement.
- Update the CRM systems.
**Marketing Operations Analyst job description should contain the following requirements**:
- Previous working experience in operations is a plus
- Native in Spanish, fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Hands on experience with WordPress is a plus
- Good organisational and time management skills
