Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of shaping the vision and future of the Internal Audit team. As an Internal Auditor, **you will be responsible for**:

- Perform accounting, processes and procedures audits in business Units and Corporates Offices, basically in Spain and EMEA
- Identify business risks during the internal audits
- Evaluate the controls implemented in the company
- Propose appropriate recommendations to mitigate risks
- Follow up the audit results
- Execute special projects assigned by the department's manager
- Propose improvements to the audit function

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience in the company (Corporate or Hotels)
- Previous experience in internal or external audits.
- University degree. Degree in Business Administration, double degree in Law and Business Administration, Economics, Tourism
- Knowledge and/or experience of tools/processes with data analytics
- Functional knowledge of tourism operations and IT tools used in hotel management (SAP, PMS system)
- Advanced accounting knowledge
- Knowledge of other laws or standards applicable (PCI, GDPR )
- ESG knowledge (environmental, social, SCIINF)
- Knowledge of IT, cyber security, etc.
- Available to travel around 70% of the working time
- High level in English and Spanish required
- Commitment to live in Palma

**Skills**:

- Critical thinking and exercise auditor judgment
- Ability to analyse information, identify root causes and recommend solutions.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
