Structurally the person will report to the Project Dissemination Coordinator. **Key Duties** - Assist with developing and executing communications and dissemination initiatives including: identifying target audiences, developing key messaging, developing high-quality materials, and assisting with tracking metrics and developing reports. - Provide and maintain relations with key stakeholders, project leadership, and external partners. - Plan, execute and attend project meetings and events. - Recommend innovative solutions for awareness campaigns, events, and outreach. Other duties within the scope of the role to support the CASE Department as specified by the Project Dissemination Coordinator.**Requirements**: - Education - Bachelor’s degree in a related field (communication, journalism, science, marketing, advertising, public relations, etc.) - Master’s degree in scientific communication or similar and specific courses is a plus - Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience - At least 2 years of experience in science communication, or management of research projects, or science degree holders with interest/experience in communication - Knowledge and experience of management or dissemination of EU funded projects or EU/national agencies/organisations/bodies will be positively valued - Creativity to devise novel, innovative communication tools (print/online) - Capacity to interact and build strong relations with a diverse members/stakeholder/staff base - Additional Knowledge and Professional Experience - Basic knowledge of photo and video editing software (Photoshop and Premiere). - Willingness to occasionally travel in Europe - Fluency in Spanish and English (written and oral).
