**Role Summary**:
As a Lead Analyst working in the Executive Office, you will play a will play a key role in coordinating the executive engagement/contribution to pivotal decision-making forums for the IOH business. The includes delivery ownership of multiple high-profile submissions for key segments in the IH portfolio.

The role is a combination of recurring and ad-hoc tasks. It is characterised by regular engagement with CEO / Senior Team and is an excellent opportunity for an individual to get exposure to a fascinating range of business topics.

**Responsibilities**:
**Management of Senior Executive Governance**
- ** Monthly IOH SLT preparation** - Content creation, event co-ordination and tracking of action delivery.
- ** IOH Quarterly Offsite prepa**ration - Content creation, event co-ordination and tracking of action delivery.
- ** IOH & ELF Townhall preparation **- Content creation, event co-ordination and execution of Townhall events. Work with Senior managers to ensure events are consistent, relevant, and engaging for all attendees.
- ** Facilitation & Creation of IH SLT Content** - Partner with Senior Executive and Senior Managers to deliver IOH submissions.
- ** SLT/ELF (Extended Leadership Forum) Planning** - Partner with the Senior Team and Executive Assistant to organise the annual approach, agenda, and associated content.
- ** Custodian of SLT / Corporate governance ‘Repository/SharePoint’** - Ensure all content is hosted and manged in a well organised manner.
- ** Senior Executive Visits **- Prepare presentations and agenda’s for e.g., David Cordani/Jason Sadler visits, and ensure sessions are well prepared with follow up actions/takeaways executed.
- ** Statutory (National Bank of Belgium) & ‘Rating Agencies’ (e.g., AM Best) Governance**:

- Content creation, event co-ordination and tracking of action delivery.
- ** Strategic Content Delivery** - Partner with the Senior Executive and create input for CLICE/CEIC Board Meetings.
- ** MOR (Monthly Operating Review) and Board Business Update - **Partner with Senior Executive and Senior Managers to deliver IOH submissions.
- ** CEO Executive Support** - Ad-hoc support to the IO CEO, including content creation depending on Business Priorities
- ** Pro-active ‘Opportunity Identification’ & ‘Knowledge Sharing’** - Recognise opportunities for collaboration across the Enterprise. Given the unique position this role plays and being involved in so many high profile cross functional engagements it will naturally lend itself to opportunities for collaboration and value add activities.

**Reporting Line**:
Report directly into Head of Strategic Execution, IOH.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Ability to manage the regular demands of an efficient governance model.
- Focused and highly organised with the ability to work to tight timelines and evolving priorities.
- Experience working within a PMO governance framework either in Cigna or another organisation would be beneficial.
- Ability to communicate at all levels, particularly with Senior Executive/Senior Managers, and comfortable with liaising / providing information to a diverse stakeholder group.
- Strong facilitation skills - comfortable with reaching out to a diverse stakeholder group to generate inputs/contributions.
- Ability to delivering well-structured communication or through delivery of presentations and other tailored content.
- Good ‘Business Acumen’, with the ability to ‘connect the dots’ between stakeholders and content, ensuring the delivery of the right business outcomes.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.
