**Funciones**: The associate legal counsel will be responsible for supporting the Legal Department in its daily legal work, for reviewing agreements proposed by the business units, and for implementing internal procedures. Key action areas: - Support the Legal Department in the daily legal work. - Drafting and reviewing specific agreements for IE group, standard clauses and internal procedures. - Ensure compliance of internal legal documents with IE?s internal policies and update of internal local policies and procedures as necessary. - Prepare, systematize and manage contractual documentation by using legal management tools and legal software. - Systematize and automate the corresponding supporting documents, assuring the compliance with the legal system.
**Requisitos**: Requirements: - Law Degree with good academic record. - Master?s Degree from a top University. - 2 years? experience in a Legal Department of a company or in a Law firm. - Fluent in Spanish and English; including excellent legal drafting skills in both languages. - Great use of management tools, legal software and technology in general. - Excellent at multitasking and prioritizing tasks. - Analytical, organizational, and process management skills. - Ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail. - Ability to foster good relationships within the business and with the legal team. - High levels of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
