- No solo actúas de ejemplo, siguiendo los valores de la empresa, sino que también eres un modelo a seguir en las actividades diarias de ventas internas y participas también activamente en la venta telefónica.
- Eres el responsable de los procesos de venta y el encargado de identificar los puntos de mejora.
- Trabajarás estrechamente con otros departamentos para encontrar soluciones individuales para nuestros vendedores, tanto en cuestiones técnicas como comerciales.

- Dispones de experiência inicial liderando equipos de venta telefonica en remoto y estás dispuesto a contribuir en el desarrollo exitoso de la empresa.
- Hablas español como lengua materna o a un nível muy bueno (nível C2), y tienes un muy buen nível de inglés
- Cuentas con varios años de experiência en las ventas y siempre alcanzas tus objetivos con éxito.
- Te entusiasma el comercio electrónico y conoces bien el sector.
- Tienes experiência con MS Office y sistemas de CRM.
- Te gusta la idea de trabajar con un equipo de comerciales en remoto
