Team Lead Inside Sales

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and experienced Team Leader to support our Inside Sales team of our SaaS fleet management solutions in Barcelona.
**Here's a little taste of your challenge**:
In this position, you’ll will manage a team of circa 6 people by:
- Building and supporting the French team to hunt for new business within larger companies and generating a pipeline of new customers
- Work in collaboration on the regional strategy with Field to expand on territory or Industries.
- Ensure the highest quality pre-sales experience for every prospect account in your pipeline.
- Drive online demos, virtual meetings and outbound & inbound activities
- Coach Team members on opportunities
- Review weekly KPIs and pipeline with each team member
- Weekly team meetings and updates
- Calibrate and review sales reps on their yearly performance
- Escalate customer issues and follow them up to business partners
- Leading the team to perform, oversee outreach goals, activities, resource planning and reporting for the Inside Sales Team.

- Having proven experience in a leading an inside sales team.
- Outstanding sales leadership skills, with focus on prospecting and on the phone.
- Creative thinker, sales enthusiast and experience with a specific sales methodology and sales funnel management.
- Having a positive people management ability with compelling communication abilities and presentation skills.
- Being confident and self-driven to challenge us.
- French native speaker, Proficient English.
