**About TMC**

**About TMC Academy**

Since 2015 TMC Academy is the training department of TMC. Consistent with TMC´s mission of lifting world radiology standards through knowledge sharing, we are proud to offer radiologists inside and outside our organisation the opportunity to benefit from our expertise via TMC Academy. TMC Academy has been growing rapidly the last years. The services offered by TMC Academy varies from specialized online diagnostic reporting training programs to onsite and online continuing medical education-accredited radiology online and onsite fellowship programs several times a year, held by prominent doctors from the field.

**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a talented B2C Project Manager to be part of our rapidly growing TMCA (TMC Academy) team, based at our headquarters in Barcelona and with a hybrid scheduled (2 days at the office and 3 days at home).

**Mission and** **Organisational** **Context**

The Academy supports the company´s overall mission of ”bringing quality healthcare to all people”. Its specific contribution consists in developing generalist radiologists into highly qualified subspecialists. These subspecialists will then produce more accurate diagnoses which in turn avoid unnecessary suffering of patients and reduce treatment cost for health care systems.

As the Academy B2C Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of a wide variety of Online and Onsite Fellowships (workshops) hosted during the year. You will be supported by the B2C Lead and in his/her absence, you will then be supported directly by the Head of Academy.

**Roles** **and Responsibilities**

**B2C Online content management**
- Mentor/medical stakeholders management: you will maintain regular communication with experts in medical imaging (and pathology in the short future) to properly develop and move forward the content of each Fellowship (workshop), both online and onsite.
- Project management of B2C activities: ensuring all content is delivered on time, respecting the content pipeline for each quarter/year.
- Case management: you will work with TMC Academy’s internal system and website to manage all medical cases included in the Fellowships.
- EACCME accreditation management: you will ensure the projects are accredited on time by EACCME (European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education).
- Budget preparation after the online and onsite events.
- Manage the Academy CMS (Content Management System).

**Customer support**
- Managing online live sessions: conduct Zoom sessions for our online fellowships.
- Communication with participants: follow up on new participants and existing users from our online training activities.
- Accountability: you will be responsible for your own fellowship projects and will be expected to provide customer service to the participants and mentors.

**Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills**

**Previous Experience - **At least three years’ experience as a Project Manager. Preferably in the healthcare industry, ideally in the imaging and/or pathology field.

**Technology-savvy - **You are familiar with Zoom and Microsoft Teams. You have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. And you are used to working with task management tools such as: Trello, Microsoft Planner a plus.
