**The Role**: By supporting the Global CRM Manager, you will contribute to making the most out of our CRM implementation at B2C level. You’ll be responsible for developing, together with the tech team, all the necessary value propositions to maximize interactions with our consumers. Also, leading all the direct contact activations supported by the CRM Operations Team. The role will be for our core markets: ES, FR, IT.

**What you will do**:

- Lead the CRM Strategy declination at B2C level.
- Lead the functional definition together with tech team in order to develop and evolve digital services for our main brands.
- Propose and define the digital services to be developed and their improvements.
- Rollout the digital services to the defined markets for each brand.
- Write down and refine the necessary backlog to evolve all the digital services for our consumers and the CRM digital product at B2C level.
- Review all creativities making sure brand guidelines and key messages are met.
- Improve the services and direct channels campaigns performance through A/B test, etc.
- Report conversion of all activations, supported by our Analyst, to all involved stakeholders.
- Optimize and monitor all activations, making sure data is at the center of our decisions.
- Benchmark for new ideas and approaches.
- Propose new ways of working to evolve and deliver quicker. We learn as we move forward. We’re not scared of error, but scared of not moving forward quick enough.

**Who you are**:

- 3+ years working with Digital Product Development or CRM Programs, preferably at B2C level.
- Experience in software development and dealing with tech teams.
- Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Salesforce (Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud) knowledge preferred. Google Looker in order to segment and analyze is a plus.
- Experience leading with UX/UI teams, also validating copies and key messages.
- Confident in intermediating with tech teams and business teams at the same time.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Great attention to detail and high analytical skills.
- Proactive and problem solver.
